Spanish newspaper Sport is reporting that Valencia striker David Villa will finally make the move to the Camp Nou following the last match of the season against Valladolid.

Villa will be in Barcelona on Tuesday as part of a promotional event for Adidas along with fellow Adidas spokesman Lionel Messi. There is speculation that during this time the final details of the transfer will be hammered out and an official announcement will be made once the season completes, as Pep Guardiola does not want any distractions going into the important Valladolid match.

The reported amount that Valencia president Manuel Llorente is looking for to transfer Villa is 40 million euros. Llorente is not interested in any players being included in the deal as the club is in need of cash going into the summer transfer period.

Joan Laporta is eager to end his presidential reign with a huge signing and locking up Villa going into the World Cup and the presidential elections would be a great present to leave Barça fans!
