Rosell, Ingla, Ferrer and Benedito become official candidates for FC Barcelona president

It has been a tumultuous few weeks with the mudslinging and name calling as seven started the signature collection process back on May 17 with the goal of collecting 2,095 member signatures of support by May 31.

On Thursday, after two days of ballot counting there were four candidates with the required 2,095 signatures needed to run in the June 13 election to replace current FC Barcelona president Joan Laporta.

The official numbers of valid signatures for the four candidates that will be running is as follows:

Sandro Rosell – 12,635

Marc Ingla – 4,288

Jaume Ferrer – 3.935

Agusti Benedito – 2,250

Barcaloco.com conducted their own poll during the ballot collection process and the results are listed below.
