On Wednesday Pedro Rodriguez signed a contract extension with FC Barcelona that will keep the Tenerife winger at the club until 2015.
The buyout clause in Pedro’s contract was also increased from 75 million to 90 million euros.
On Tuesday Pedro scored his first goal in international competition for Spain in their friendly tuneup for the World Cup against Poland. He also assisted Fernando Torres for his goal in a easy 6-0 victory before leaving for South Africa.
If anybody deserved a contract extension it was this guy!
Really curious to see what his role in the team will be come next season.

Villa to the left, Messi to the right and Ibra/Pedro in the middle.
God @#$%, I'm looking forward to the next season.
